Shree Cement Limited has announced an interim dividend of ₹80 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year 2025–26. The dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names appear in the company’s register of members as of the record date, which has been fixed as Monday, November 3, 2025.

Record Date and Payment Schedule

The company has confirmed that the dividend amount will be credited or paid to eligible shareholders starting from Friday, November 14, 2025. Investors holding shares as of the record date will be entitled to receive this interim dividend. Setting the record date on a Monday ensures adequate time for processing shareholder eligibility and dividend disbursal.
