The company has confirmed that the dividend amount will be credited or paid to eligible shareholders starting from Friday, November 14, 2025. Investors holding shares as of the record date will be entitled to receive this interim dividend. Setting the record date on a Monday ensures adequate time for processing shareholder eligibility and dividend disbursal.

Over the past two financial years, Shree Cement Limited has maintained a steady dividend distribution pattern. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹80 per share for FY 2025–26, with a record date of November 3, 2025.
Earlier in the same fiscal year, it announced a final dividend of ₹60 per share with a record date of July 21, 2025, and an interim dividend of ₹50 per share declared on February 5, 2025. For the previous financial year, FY 2024–25, the company paid a final dividend of ₹55 per share with a record date of July 23, 2024.
