RBL’s Clarification

Following these reports, the bank emphasised that no material information requiring disclosure under Regulation 30 is currently available. RBL Bank also stated that it adheres to high standards of governance and disclosure and will keep the stock exchanges updated on any material developments in line with regulatory requirements.
