The proposal remains at an exploratory stage and depends on due diligence, regulatory clearances and further negotiations. The board will assess this alongside the bonus issue on November 26.
Pro Fin Capital Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 Earnings Results
For Q2 FY26, net profit rose to ₹13.37 crore compared with ₹2.46 crore last year, while total income increased to ₹44.62 crore from ₹6.97 crore previously. For H1 FY26, net profit reached ₹15.91 crore against ₹3.78 crore earlier, and total income grew to ₹55.14 crore from ₹15.82 crore.
