Nazara Technologies Limited reported financial results for Q2 and H1FY26, reflecting broad-based growth across mobile gaming, PC/console publishing, and offline interactive gaming.
For H1FY26, the company achieved revenues of ₹1,025.2 crore, up 80.2% year-on-year, while EBITDA surged 118.5% to ₹109.4 crore. The core gaming EBITDA margin improved to 23.2%.
In Q2FY26, Nazara recorded revenues of ₹526.5 crore, a 65.1% increase year-on-year, and EBITDA of ₹62.0 crore, rising 146.4%.
This quarterly performance was driven by higher user retention, stronger LiveOps engagement, and expanded cross-platform distribution.
Mobile gaming remained the top contributor, supported by popular franchises such as Love Island, Big Brother, Kiddopia, Animal Jam, and WCC, all of which benefited from new content seasons and strong engagement levels.
The PC and console publishing segment continued steady growth with global titles like Human: Fall Flat, along with improved catalogue monetization and platform expansion. Nazara’s offline interactive brands, Smaaash and Funky Monkeys, delivered profitable growth through standardised playbooks and rising repeat footfall.
The company’s Centers of Excellence in User Acquisition, Analytics, AI, and Growth are now operational across multiple studios, driving better retention, improved LTV/CAC ratios, and faster decision-making.
During the quarter, Nazara recorded an impairment on its investment in Moonshine Technologies (PokerBaazi) due to regulatory changes in India’s real-money gaming space. Additionally, the company’s stake in Nodwin Gaming fell below 50%, leading to its de-subsidiarization and a one-time fair value gain on the retained stake.
On November 13, 2025, Nazara share price (NSE: NAZARA) opened at ₹270.00, up from its previous close of ₹257.30. At 10:10 AM, the share price of Nazara was trading at ₹272.35, up by 5.85% on the NSE.
