MPS Limited announced its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

MPS Q2 FY26 Earnings Results

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, MPS Limited achieved consolidated revenue from operations of ₹194.44 crore, registering growth of 9% YoY and 4% QoQ. Total income stood at ₹196.72 crore, up 10% YoY and 2% QoQ compared to the respective periods.

Profit before tax reached ₹69.17 crore, marking an exceptional expansion of 44% YoY and 40% QoQ. Profit after tax stood at ₹55.44 crore, demonstrating outstanding growth of 57% YoY and 57% QoQ. Basic earnings per share were ₹32.67 for the quarter compared to ₹20.77 in Q2 FY25.

MPS H1FY26 Results

For the half year ended September 30, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹380.72 crore, up 6% from ₹358.42 crore in H1 FY25. Total income totalled ₹387.65 crore, reflecting 7% growth year on year.

Half-year PBT stood at ₹118.67 crore, surging 41% from ₹84.14 crore in the previous year. PAT came to ₹90.68 crore, up 48% from ₹61.13 crore in H1 FY25. Earnings per share for the half year were ₹53.45, up 48% YoY.

Segment-wise Performance Analysis

Research Solutions segment led revenues with ₹119.58 crore in Q2 FY26, delivering segment profit of ₹46.73 crore. The Education Solutions segment reported revenue of ₹52.82 crore with profit of ₹21.39 crore during the quarter.

The Corporate Learning segment recorded revenue of ₹22.04 crore with segment profit of ₹1.41 crore. For H1 FY26, Research Solutions revenue stood at ₹228.42 crore while Education Solutions reached ₹104.44 crore, reflecting steady growth momentum across business verticals.

Exceptional Items and Restructuring

The company recorded an exceptional income of ₹12.81 crore in Q2 FY26, primarily due to the write-back of liability of ₹13.25 crore related to the acquisition of the remaining 35% stake in Liberate Group. This was partially offset by restructuring costs of ₹0.44 crore for the American Journal Experts business.

Strategic Developments

MPS Interactive Systems Limited, a material subsidiary, entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement on October 10, 2025, with an investor agreeing to invest ₹8.74 crore through preferential allotment. The subsidiary completed 100% acquisition of Liberate Group on October 28, 2025, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

Dividend Declaration

The Board declared a final dividend of ₹50 per equity share for FY 2025, approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on August 29, 2025. The dividend was remitted to shareholders by September 6, 2025.
