Man Infraconstruction Ltd, a small-cap construction company, announced its second interim dividend along with its Q2 FY26 financial results on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
The company reported a 27% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit to ₹60.01 crore, compared to ₹47.24 crore in the same quarter last year. Despite the rise in profit, the company’s revenue from operations dropped 35% YoY to ₹148.75 crore, down from ₹230.32 crore in the corresponding period of FY25.
However, other income grew over 29% YoY, reaching ₹38.47 crore as against ₹29.65 crore a year earlier, helping to offset the fall in core revenue.
Man Infraconstruction’s board approved a second interim dividend of ₹0.45 per share, which represents a 22.5% payout on equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each.
The company set November 18, 2025, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend payment. The dividend will be paid on December 2, 2025.
In its filing, the company confirmed, “Declared Second Interim Dividend of ₹0.45 per equity share (i.e., 22.50%) on 40,36,66,505 equity shares having face value of ₹2 each, for FY 2025–26.”
