LTIMindtree Limited announced its consolidated financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, as approved by its Board of Directors.
In USD terms, the company recorded revenue of $1,180.1 million, up 2.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 4.8% year-on-year (YoY). Revenue in constant currency increased by 2.4% QoQ and 4.4% YoY. The company reported an operating margin (EBIT) of 15.9%, expanding by 160 basis points QoQ, while net profit stood at $156.8 million, reflecting 6.6% QoQ and 4.9% YoY growth.
In INR terms, LTIMindtree posted revenue of ₹1,03,943 million, up 5.6% QoQ and 10.2% YoY. EBIT rose to ₹16,481 million, a 17.2% increase QoQ, while net profit grew 10.1% QoQ to ₹13,812 million, marking a 10.4% YoY improvement.
LTIMindtree continued its strong deal momentum in Q2 FY26. The company secured a large contract with a global media and entertainment firm to drive digital transformation and implement an AI-centric delivery model. It was selected as a strategic partner by a global financial institution to provide end-to-end technology and consulting services across multiple geographies.
Other notable wins include technology transformation projects for a global chemicals manufacturer, multi-year digital initiatives with a hospitality major, and a contract from the Government of India’s Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) to transform India’s PAN infrastructure.
The company also partnered with a Europe-based life sciences firm for a large-scale ERP transformation and expanded cloud migration deals with a global technology major.
The Board of Directors approved an interim dividend of ₹22 per equity share of par value ₹1, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding shareholders amid strong performance and consistent growth.
On October 17, 2025, LTIMindtree share price (NSE: LTIM) opened at ₹5,750.00 up from its previous close of ₹5,622.50. At 9:59 AM, the share price of LTIMindtree was trading at ₹5,644.00, up by 0.38% on the NSE.
