
Godfrey Phillips India Limited reported its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, showcasing solid operational and financial performance.
On a standalone basis, the company recorded total income of ₹1,73,560 lakh in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹1,96,397 lakh in Q1 FY26 and ₹1,72,868 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit for the quarter stood at ₹30,444 lakh, up from ₹24,686 lakh in Q2 FY25. For the half year ended September 30, 2025, standalone profit reached ₹66,942 lakh compared to ₹47,014 lakh in the same period last year, reflecting a year-on-year growth.
On a consolidated basis, Godfrey Phillips reported total income of ₹1,66,938 lakh for Q2 FY26, compared with ₹1,88,997 lakh in Q1 FY26 and ₹1,67,922 lakh in Q2 FY25. The profit for the quarter was ₹30,499 lakh, higher than ₹24,831 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the half year ended September 30, 2025, consolidated profit stood at ₹66,127 lakh, up from ₹47,686 lakh in H1 FY25, demonstrating continued operational strength.
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of 850%, equivalent to ₹17 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The record date to determine shareholders eligible for the dividend has been fixed as Monday, November 10, 2025. The dividend will be paid within 30 days to all eligible shareholders.
On November 4, 2025, Godfrey Phillips share price opened at ₹3,067.10, down from its previous close of ₹3,108.40. At 10:51 AM, the share price of Godfrey Phillips was trading at ₹3,005.00, down by 3.33% on the NSE.
