Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) announced its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
The company reported steady operational performance across its shipbuilding and repair segments despite a high base from the previous year.
Q2FY26 Financial Results - Consolidated
On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹1,11,858.71 lakh in Q2FY26 compared to ₹1,14,319.77 lakh in Q2FY25. Other income came in at ₹12,729.64 lakh, leading to a total income of ₹1,24,588.35 lakh for the quarter.
Profit for the period stood at ₹10,752.74 lakh compared to ₹18,892.13 lakh in the same quarter last year.
For H1FY26, total income rose to ₹2,36,880.85 lakh against ₹2,09,981.77 lakh in H1FY25, while profit for the half year stood at ₹29,535.60 lakh.
Standalone Performance Reflects Stable Operations
On a standalone basis, Cochin Shipyard recorded revenue from operations of ₹95,129.61 lakh in Q2FY26 versus ₹1,09,698.10 lakh a year ago.
Total income was ₹1,07,824.57 lakh, slightly lower compared to ₹1,19,725.42 lakh in Q2FY25. Profit for the quarter stood at ₹10,109.13 lakh, as against ₹19,306.97 lakh in the same period last year.
For H1FY26, total income reached ₹2,11,045.84 lakh, with profit at ₹28,895.51 lakh.
Interim Dividend Announcement
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share of ₹5 each (80%) for the financial year 2025-26. November 18, 2025 has been fixed as the record date for determining eligible shareholders. The dividend will be paid on or before December 11, 2025.

On November 13, 2025, Cochin Shipyard share price (NSE: COCHINSHIP) opened at ₹1,648.00, down from its previous close of ₹1,792.00. At 10:03 AM, the share price of Cochin Shipyard was trading at ₹1,726.70, down by 3.64% on the NSE.
