Castrol India Q2 CY25 Earnings Results: Profit Rises 5% to ₹244 Crore, Declares ₹3.50 Dividend

Castrol India reported a 5.2% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit at ₹244 crore for Q2 ending June 30, 2025. This is up from ₹232 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations also saw a 7.2% increase, reaching ₹1,497 crore compared to ₹1,397.5 crore in the previous fiscal's Q2.

The company’s EBITDA rose 8.8% YoY to ₹350 crore, up from ₹321.5 crore. EBITDA margin remained stable at 23.4%.

Dividend Announcement
Castrol India’s board has announced an interim dividend of ₹3.50 per share (face value ₹5) for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The record date is set for Monday, August 11, 2025, and the dividend will be paid by Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
Managing Director Kedar Lele said the company maintained momentum despite macroeconomic challenges by expanding in rural areas, strengthening its industrial business, and focusing on sustainability and OEM partnerships.
