Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, announced strong financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, driven by higher ARPU, increased smartphone penetration, and robust growth in its Homes and Offices segment.

Key Financial Highlights

  • Net Profit: ₹421 crore, up 66.4% YoY from ₹253 crore; sequential growth of 7.5% from ₹392 crore
  • Revenue from Operations: ₹2,317 crore, up 10.5% YoY and 2.4% QoQ
  • EBITDA: ₹1,256 crore, up 20.1% YoY; margin at 54.2% (+433 bps)
  • EBIT: ₹702 crore, up 37.6% YoY; margin at 30.3% (+597 bps)
  • EBITDAaL: ₹1,098 crore, up 21.9% YoY; margin at 47.4%

The company reported strong profitability metrics alongside steady revenue growth.

Mobile Services Performance

Mobile services revenue grew 9.6% YoY, supported by an increase in ARPU to ₹251 from ₹228 a year earlier. Smartphone data customers rose by 1.6 million YoY and 0.2 million sequentially, now forming 78% of the mobile base. Average monthly data usage per customer surged 27% YoY to 30.7 GB.

Homes and Offices Segment

The Homes and Offices business recorded 46.9% YoY revenue growth, aided by 60,000 net customer additions during the quarter. The segment’s customer base reached 0.6 million across 117 cities, driven by FTTH expansion and partnerships with local cable operators.

Operational Highlights

Bharti Hexacom’s overall customer base stood at 28.60 million as of September 30, 2025. The company improved its net debt-to-EBITDA ratio to 0.64 times from 1.35 times a year ago, reflecting a stronger balance sheet.
