
Bharat Dynamics Limited announced its unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
The company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,14,708.10 lakh for the quarter ended 30 September 2025. This marks a robust increase compared to ₹23,109.26 lakh reported in the previous June 2025 quarter and is significantly higher than ₹53,546.08 lakh recorded in the same quarter last year.
For the half year ended 30 September 2025, the company generated total revenue of ₹1,37,817.36 lakh, also reflecting substantial year-on-year growth.
Total income for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹1,26,759.81 lakh, compared with ₹33,479.14 lakh in Q1 FY26. The improvement indicates healthy operational momentum as well as steady inflow from other income components.
On a half-year basis, total income reached ₹1,60,238.95 lakh, a significant rise from ₹90,235.00 lakh achieved in the first half of the previous financial year.
Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹21,588.37 lakh, up from ₹12,253.16 lakh from the same quarter last year. For the half-year period, profit before tax came in at ₹23,423.35 lakh, demonstrating the consistent profitability trajectory Bharat Dynamics has maintained in FY26.
On November 14, 2025, BDL share price (NSE: BDL) opened at ₹1,601.00, up from its previous close of ₹1,517.90. At 11:28 AM, the share price of Bharat Dynamics was trading at ₹1,605.00, up by 5.74% on the NSE.
