Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) Board of Directors has declared and approved the dividend of ₹0.90 per equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The company’s Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹0.90 per equity share (90%) of ₹1 each, fully paid-up, for the financial year 2024–25, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 71st Annual General Meeting.
The Board has fixed Thursday, August 14, 2025, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend payment, if declared.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025, revenue from operations reached ₹23,76,875 lakh compared to ₹20,26,824 lakh in FY24, while other income rose to ₹74,236 lakh from ₹67,014 lakh, resulting in total income of ₹24,51,111 lakh versus ₹20,93,838 lakh in the previous fiscal year.
The company’s profit for the quarter stood at ₹2,12,702 lakh, compared to ₹1,79,667 lakh in the same period last year and ₹1,31,160 lakh in the preceding quarter. For the full year FY25, profit reached ₹5,32,268 lakh, up from ₹3,98,524 lakh in FY24, reflecting strong operational growth and improved margins over the year.
On August 12, 2025, BEL share price (NSE: BEL) opened at ₹384.00 and closed at ₹380.25, down by 0.95%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹379.55.

The company had also declared an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per share, with a record date of March 11, 2025. Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the dividend.
