Sheel Biotech launched a ₹34.02 crore book-building IPO, entirely a fresh issue of 0.54 crore shares. The price band was ₹59–₹63 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. Retail minimum was ₹2,52,000, and HNI minimum was ₹3,78,000.

Sheel Biotech Limited (SBL), founded in 1991 by Dr. Satya Narayan Chandak, is a public company operating in biotechnology, agriculture, and horticulture. It specialises in developing, processing, and supplying plants for crops, fruits, vegetables, and ornamental purposes using tissue culture and organic farming techniques.
SBL runs greenhouses, provides training through Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and offers landscaping services to government and private clients. The company is ISO-certified (9001, 14001, 45001) and its R&D lab, recognized by the Department of Biotechnology, produces 10 million planting materials annually.
Over the years, SBL expanded into protected cultivation and started importing flowers like tulip, lilium, orchids, and alstroemeria. Its organic division promotes sustainable farming, and its operations span India and abroad, including Eritrea. During COVID-19, it produced oxygen-generating plants, reflecting its focus on innovation and accessibility of nutritious fruits.
