The allotment has been made in the ratio of 2:1, meaning shareholders will receive 2 new equity shares of ₹10 each for every 1 existing equity share they held as on the record date of November 28, 2025. All eligible members whose names appeared in the Register of Members or beneficial owners have now been credited with the bonus shares.

This expansion of capital reflects the company’s strong financial position and is aimed at enhancing liquidity, increasing retail participation, and rewarding long-term shareholders. Bonus shares are issued from the company’s free reserves and do not involve any outflow of cash from the investor’s end.
The bonus equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in every respect. This means the new shares will carry equal voting rights, dividend eligibility, and all other shareholder entitlements similar to the old shares. With the increased number of outstanding shares, the company aims to further broaden its shareholder base while maintaining strong governance and capital discipline.
