Several recent IPOs have rewarded investors handsomely, with a few stocks more than doubling from their issue prices. Data as of February 18, 2026 shows that Aditya Infotech and Ather Energy led the pack, while Highway Infrastructure was the only stock trading below its issue price.

Aditya Infotech Led the Chart with a Near ₹900 Gain

Aditya Infotech delivered the biggest absolute gain among the group. The stock jumped sharply on listing and continued to hold its premium, closing at ₹1,572 on February 18, 2026 , nearly identical to its listing close.

The stock’s gain of ₹897 over the issue price reflects strong investor confidence in the company’s surveillance and security solutions business.

Highway Infrastructure Was the Only Stock Below Issue Price

Highway Infrastructure was the clear laggard in the group. Despite a strong debut, the stock fell sharply afterward and closed at ₹56.60, below both its listing close and issue price.

This highlights a key IPO lesson: listing day gains don’t always translate into long-term returns, especially in EPC and project-driven businesses.

Conclusion

Recent IPO listings have delivered impressive gains for investors, particularly in technology, electric mobility, and manufacturing-focused companies. While some stocks cooled off after debut day, several continued to trade significantly above their issue prices as of February 18, 2026.

The table also reinforces an important takeaway: IPO returns are increasingly being driven by growth visibility and sector momentum, not just brand familiarity or offer size. At the same time, stocks like Highway Infrastructure show that post-listing performance can diverge sharply, making selectivity crucial for IPO investors.
