Market sentiment remained constructive, with attention centred on earnings announcements and strategic developments.

ONGC

ONGC announced completion of its equity investment in two joint ventures with Japan’s Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. The company has become a 50% partner in Bharat Ethane One IFSC and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC. This development reflects ONGC’s continued participation in downstream and petrochemical-linked ventures.

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (IndiGo)

IndiGo reported a sharp decline in profitability for Q3. Net profit fell 77.5% year-on-year to ₹550 crore from ₹2,448 crore in the same quarter last year. The decline was largely attributed to an exceptional loss of ₹1,547 crore, impacting overall earnings performance.

DLF Ltd

DLF recorded a steady Q3 performance. Consolidated net profit rose 13.7% year-on-year to ₹1,203.36 crore. Revenue increased 32.2% to ₹2,020.22 crore, supported by strong contributions from project executions during the quarter.

Adani Total Gas Ltd

Adani Total Gas posted a marginally lower Q3FY26 net profit of ₹158.6 crore, reflecting a 3.3% quarter-on-quarter decline. Revenue rose 4% to ₹1,639 crore, while EBITDA increased 3.6% to ₹305 crore. EBITDA margins remained stable at 20.3%.

Bandhan Bank Ltd

Bandhan Bank delivered a weaker-than-expected Q3 performance. Net profit stood at ₹205.6 crore, indicating continued pressure on earnings during the quarter.

Conclusion

With Q3 earnings and corporate updates continuing to guide investor sentiment, stocks across aviation, real estate, banking, energy and gas segments are likely to remain in focus. Financial performance trends and strategic developments may influence stock-specific activity in the near term.
