ONGC announced completion of its equity investment in two joint ventures with Japan’s Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. The company has become a 50% partner in Bharat Ethane One IFSC and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC. This development reflects ONGC’s continued participation in downstream and petrochemical-linked ventures.
IndiGo reported a sharp decline in profitability for Q3. Net profit fell 77.5% year-on-year to ₹550 crore from ₹2,448 crore in the same quarter last year. The decline was largely attributed to an exceptional loss of ₹1,547 crore, impacting overall earnings performance.
DLF recorded a steady Q3 performance. Consolidated net profit rose 13.7% year-on-year to ₹1,203.36 crore. Revenue increased 32.2% to ₹2,020.22 crore, supported by strong contributions from project executions during the quarter.
Adani Total Gas posted a marginally lower Q3FY26 net profit of ₹158.6 crore, reflecting a 3.3% quarter-on-quarter decline. Revenue rose 4% to ₹1,639 crore, while EBITDA increased 3.6% to ₹305 crore. EBITDA margins remained stable at 20.3%.
Bandhan Bank delivered a weaker-than-expected Q3 performance. Net profit stood at ₹205.6 crore, indicating continued pressure on earnings during the quarter.
