
SJVN Ltd announced its consolidated unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26, reporting changes in revenue, total income and profit on both quarterly and yearly bases. The company also declared an interim dividend for FY 2025-26 and approved a fund raising plan.
Revenue from operations rose 4.8% QoQ to ₹1,081.97 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹1,032.40 crore in Q2 FY26. On a YoY basis, revenue surged 61.3% from ₹670.99 crore in Q3 FY25. For 9M FY26, revenue increased 18.4% YoY to ₹3,031.82 crore from ₹2,567.61 crore.
Total income grew 4.3% QoQ to ₹1,124.47 crore from ₹1,078.29 crore and jumped 47.8% YoY from ₹760.76 crore. During 9M FY26, total income rose 12.3% YoY to ₹3,174.35 crore compared to ₹2,827.66 crore.
Profit before tax before regulatory deferral adjustments stood at ₹421.00 crore, down 0.2% QoQ from ₹421.90 crore and up 116.3% YoY from ₹194.62 crore. For 9M FY26, PBT was ₹1,253.69 crore, down 0.4% YoY from ₹1,258.17 crore.
Net profit declined 27.1% QoQ to ₹224.31 crore from ₹307.80 crore, while increasing 50.8% YoY from ₹148.75 crore. For 9M FY26, net profit fell 19.7% YoY to ₹759.69 crore from ₹945.74 crore.

The board declared an interim dividend of ₹1.15 per equity share for FY 2025-26. The record date for determining eligibility has been fixed as February 20, 2026. The interim dividend will be paid within the statutory period prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.
The company approved raising up to ₹1,000 crore through issuance of unsecured, rated, taxable, redeemable, non convertible, non cumulative debentures on a private placement basis. The fund raising is subject to applicable regulatory provisions.
