
State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest lender, has scheduled a meeting of its central board to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The results announcement is expected to draw market attention, with the bank also outlining details of its post-results analyst interaction and insider trading compliance measures.
SBI informed stock exchanges that its central board will meet on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Mumbai to review and approve the bank’s Q3 FY26 financial results. The quarter under review corresponds to the period ended December 31, 2025.
Following the declaration of results, SBI will hold an analyst meet at 5:00 PM on the same day at the State Bank Bhavan Auditorium in Mumbai.
In compliance with its Code of Conduct for the Prohibition of Insider Trading, SBI has closed its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives and dependents.
The restriction has been in effect from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the Q3 results are officially declared.
SBI shares witnessed strong buying interest in early trading on 22 January 2026.
The stock last traded at ₹1,047.90, rising ₹19.25 or 1.87% from its previous close of ₹1,028.65. It opened at ₹1,035.00 and moved within an intraday range of ₹1,034.05 to ₹1,055.50.
