
Pricol Limited, one of India’s leading auto component makers, reported a solid performance for the third quarter of FY26. Revenue from operations rose sharply to ₹1,020.36 crore, registering a 65.67% year-on-year growth.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹124.41 crore, up 59.44% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 12.19%. Profit after tax (PAT) increased to ₹63.69 crore, marking a 53.66% YoY growth, while EPS rose to ₹5.22.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Pricol delivered strong growth across key metrics. Revenue from operations increased to ₹2,885.95 crore, up 54.42% YoY.
EBITDA came in at ₹349.63 crore, reflecting a 42.24% growth, with margins at 12.11%. PAT rose to ₹177.57 crore, a 34.44% increase, and EPS improved to ₹14.57.
During Q3 FY26, Pricol received several prestigious awards and recognitions. The company was named among CII’s Top 100 Innovative Companies and Top 25 Companies for Women in STEM.
It also won accolades for AI-driven automation, sustainability initiatives, quality excellence, and CSR efforts, including multiple Gold Awards and national-level recognitions from industry bodies and OEM partners.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Vikram Mohan, Managing Director, said the company’s consistent growth was driven by operational excellence and technology-focused innovation. Pricol share price (NSE: PRICOLLTD) was trading at ₹550.00 on the NSE at around 12:27 pm on January 30, up ₹12.15 or 2.26% for the day. The stock opened at ₹541.00 and moved between an intraday high of ₹551.00 and a low of ₹521.10. Over the past year, the stock has touched a 52-week high of ₹694.20 and a 52-week low of ₹367.85. Pricol offers a dividend yield of 0.36%, with a quarterly dividend amount of ₹0.50 per share.
