
Power Finance Corporation (PFC), a Maharatna PSU, reported a strong performance for Q3 FY26.
Standalone net profit increased about 15% year-on-year to ₹4,763.33 crore, compared with ₹4,154.92 crore in the same quarter last year.
Total revenue from operations rose 12.4% YoY to ₹14,655.84 crore.
Interest income also increased to ₹13,935.87 crore, showing steady growth in lending activity.
By the end of December, the company’s total outstanding loan book stood at around ₹11.51 lakh crore.
PFC declared a third interim dividend of ₹4 per share (face value ₹10) for FY26.
Earlier in the year, the company had already paid ₹7.35 per share as interim dividend.
The record date for the latest dividend is February 20, and payment will be made on or before March 6.

The company reported a debt-to-equity ratio of 5.68, total-debt-to-assets ratio of 0.80, operating margin of 35.94%, and net profit margin of 28.18% for the quarter.

During the session, the stock touched a high of ₹420.40 and a low of ₹405.60. Over the past year, the stock has moved between a 52-week high of ₹444.10 and a 52-week low of ₹329.90, while offering a dividend yield of about 3.95% with a quarterly dividend amount of ₹4.10.
