PFC Dividend Record Date on February 20: Interim Dividend of ₹4

PFC Ltd has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹4 on or before March 06, 2026. The company has fixed February 20, 2026, as the record date for the dividend. 

PFC said in an exchange filing, “Declaration of 3rd interim dividend of Rs 4.00/- (Rupees Four only) per equity share (i.e. @ 40 %) (Subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of 10/- each for the FY 2025-26. Further, it is to inform that 20.02.2026 (Friday) shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 3rd Interim Dividend for the FY 2025-26. The date of payment /dispatch of the aforesaid 3rd interim dividend shall be on or before 06.03.2026.

PFC Q3FY26 Results Highlights

Power Finance Corporation (PFC), a Maharatna PSU, posted a robust performance in Q3 FY26, driven by growth in both revenue and lending. The company’s standalone net profit rose approximately 15% year-on-year to ₹4,763.33 crore, up from ₹4,154.92 crore in the same period last year. Total revenue from operations increased 12.4% YoY to ₹14,655.84 crore, while interest income climbed to ₹13,935.87 crore, reflecting steady lending activity. By the end of December, PFC’s total outstanding loan book had reached around ₹11.51 lakh crore, underlining its strong presence in the financial sector.
