
NTPC Green Energy Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹653.29 crore, up from ₹505.08 crore in Q3 FY25, indicating healthy year-on-year growth supported by higher capacity utilisation. Total income for the quarter came in at ₹684.22 crore compared with ₹581.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Profit for the period was reported at ₹17.32 crore in Q3 FY26 versus ₹65.61 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting the impact of lower other income and higher finance and depreciation costs.
For the nine-month period ended December 2025, consolidated revenue from operations increased to ₹1,945.79 crore from ₹1,587.37 crore in 9M FY25, while profit for the period rose to ₹324.18 crore from ₹240.91 crore.
On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 was ₹446.81 crore, marginally lower than ₹460.86 crore in Q3 FY25. Profit after tax stood at ₹60.27 crore compared to ₹89.42 crore a year earlier.
For the nine-month period, standalone revenue from operations amounted to ₹1,467.65 crore versus ₹1,473.90 crore in 9M FY25, while profit for the period improved to ₹311.53 crore from ₹284.14 crore, reflecting operational stability over the longer term.
The company’s consolidated net worth strengthened to ₹18,770.35 crore as of December 31, 2025, compared with ₹18,205.30 crore a year earlier, highlighting balance sheet resilience and ongoing capital support for renewable capacity expansion.
On January 30, 2026, NTPC Green Energy share price (NSE: NTPCGREEN) opened at ₹90.34, down from its previous close of ₹92.33. At 11:28 AM, the share price of NTPC Green Energy was trading at ₹87.99, up by 4.70% on the NSE.
