NIBE Limited has finalised the transfer of equity shares in Nibe Aeronautics Limited, marking the completion of a previously announced share purchase agreement.
The transaction results in a change in ownership structure, with the entity no longer forming part of the company’s subsidiary network.
The company, through its subsidiary Nibe Defence and Aerospace Limited (NDAL), has completed the sale of 15,20,000 equity shares in Nibe Aeronautics Limited to Mr. Ganesh Nibe.
This transaction was carried out in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement signed earlier in March 2026. With the transfer now executed, the deal stands fully concluded.
Following the completion of the share transfer, Nibe Aeronautics Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of NDAL. Consequently, it is no longer classified as a step-down subsidiary of NIBE Limited.
This restructuring reflects a shift in the group’s organisational framework and may indicate a realignment of business focus within the company.
As of April 10, 2026 (11:54 AM), NIBE Limited’s stock recorded a positive movement. The stock was trading at ₹966.10, up by ₹27.55 or 2.94% compared to its previous close of ₹938.55, suggesting a measured market response to the development.
The divestment could allow the company to streamline its operations and potentially reallocate capital towards core business areas. At the same time, the exit from Nibe Aeronautics alters the company’s exposure to the aeronautics segment.

The completion of the stake sale marks a structural change in NIBE Limited’s subsidiary portfolio. While the financial details remain limited, the transaction reflects an adjustment in the company’s strategic direction, with the stock showing a moderate upward movement following the announcement.
