
MRF Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31,2025. The results reflect changes across quarterly, yearly and 9 month periods based on reported financial data.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, MRF Limited recorded total income of ₹8,175.01 crore, compared with ₹7,486.82 crore in Q2 FY26, reflecting a quarter on quarter increase of 9.2%. Profit before tax stood at ₹917.36 crore, up from ₹698.66 crore in the previous quarter.
Net profit from continuing operations for Q3 FY26 was ₹691.83 crore, compared with ₹525.64 crore in Q2 FY26, showing a quarter on quarter increase of 31.6%.
On a year on year basis, total income increased from ₹7,098.90 crore in Q3 FY25 to ₹8,175.01 crore in Q3 FY26, reflecting a growth of 15.2%. Profit before tax rose from ₹424.18 crore to ₹917.36 crore during the same period.
Net profit from continuing operations increased from ₹315.46 crore in Q3 FY25 to ₹691.83 crore in Q3 FY26, representing a year on year increase of 119.3%.
For the 9 months ended December 31,2025, MRF Limited reported total income of ₹23,463.95 crore compared with ₹21,373.69 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit before tax increased to ₹2,286.50 crore from ₹1,818.27 crore.
Net profit from continuing operations for the 9 month period stood at ₹1,717.94 crore, compared with ₹1,357.18 crore in the same period of FY25.

The Board of Directors has declared a Second Interim Dividend of ₹3 equity share (30%) for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
The record date for determining eligible shareholders is Friday, 13 February 2026, and the dividend will be paid on or after Friday, 27 February 2026. The Board meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded thereafter; kindly take this intimation on record.
