KSH International share price (NSE: KSHINTL) surged over 10% on January 6, 2026, after the company announced strong September-quarter earnings. The stock touched an intraday high of ₹403.70 on the NSE before giving up some gains to trade around ₹375.
The broader market remained weak, with the Nifty 50 trading lower during the session.
This was KSH International’s first quarterly earnings announcement after its listing on December 23, 2025. The stock had debuted at a slight discount of about 3.7% to its issue price.
For Q2FY26, KSH International reported a sharp rise in performance. Consolidated revenue increased 50.7% year-on-year to ₹712.13 crore, compared with ₹472.47 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company’s EBITDA rose 74.2% to ₹46.11 crore in Q2FY26. Net profit jumped 128.9% year-on-year to ₹25.59 crore, up from ₹12.93 crore in the year-ago period.
Sales volume during the quarter grew 22.6% to 7,374 metric tonnes. The company also added 12,000 metric tonnes of new capacity at its Supa facility, taking total annual capacity to 41,045 metric tonnes. Sales from this new unit began on October 1, 2025.
KSH International said revenue growth was supported by a higher share of premium and technology-intensive products. Strong demand for high-value wires, continuous transposed conductors, 765-kilovolt transformers, and exports also helped boost performance.
KSH International’s strong first quarterly results after listing, marked by sharp growth in revenue and profit, boosted investor confidence and led to a strong rally in the stock.
