
ITC Hotels has reported its Q3 FY26 earnings, showcasing a significant improvement in Consolidated financial performance.
The company's revenue from operations increased 21.1% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹1,230.68 crore in the December 2025 quarter, up from ₹1,015.40 crore in the same period last year.
In the December 2025 quarter, ITC Hotels achieved a total income of ₹1,280.28 crore, marking a 24.2% YoY increase from ₹1,030.86 crore a year ago. This growth was also reflected in a 44.9% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) rise from ₹884.89 crore in the previous quarter.
The company’s revenue from operations also saw a substantial 46.6% QoQ increase from ₹839.48 crore in the September 2025 quarter.
ITC Hotels' net profit for the December 2025 quarter rose 9.6% YoY to ₹236.83 crore, compared to ₹216.00 crore in the same quarter last year. This represents a significant 77.6% QoQ surge from ₹133.29 crore in the preceding quarter.
The operating profit before tax grew 39.9% YoY to ₹411.13 crore, up from ₹293.98 crore a year ago, highlighting strong operational leverage.
For the first 9 months of FY26, ITC Hotels reported a 15.4% YoY increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹2,885.70 crore, up from ₹2,499.19 crore in the same period last year.
The net profit for this period rose 32.8% YoY to ₹503.83 crore, compared to ₹379.79 crore a year ago. Earnings per share (EPS) for 9M FY26 stood at ₹2.41, an improvement from ₹1.81 in the corresponding period last year.
