
Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) reported a steady financial performance in its audited standalone results for the period ended December 31, 2025.
Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹2,101.97 crore, reflecting stable growth compared to the previous quarter. Total income for the same period came in at ₹2,139.60 crore, supported by consistent interest income and operating revenues.
Profit for the period from continuing operations stood at ₹584.91 crore for the quarter, indicating healthy earnings despite market volatility and higher operating costs. The performance highlights IREDA’s ability to maintain profitability while expanding its renewable energy financing portfolio.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹6,040.86 crore, compared to ₹4,714.25 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Total income increased to ₹6,156.57 crore, reflecting strong loan disbursements and improved income generation.
Profit for the period during the nine-month timeframe stood at ₹1,380.58 crore, underscoring sustained earnings momentum.
On a consolidated basis, IREDA posted revenue from operations of ₹2,102.29 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹2,139.92 crore, largely in line with standalone performance, reflecting limited variance at the group level.
Profit for the period on a consolidated basis came in at ₹585.16 crore for the quarter, showing stable profitability across subsidiaries and group entities.
For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations surged to ₹6,041.82 crore, compared with ₹4,714.25 crore in the same period last year.
Total income increased to ₹6,157.61 crore, while profit for the period rose to ₹1,381.36 crore, marking a solid year-on-year improvement driven by higher financing activity in renewable energy projects.
IREDA’s financial performance continues to be supported by rising demand for renewable energy financing, government-backed clean energy initiatives, and a growing pipeline of solar, wind, and hybrid power projects. The company’s strong balance sheet and focus on priority green sectors have helped sustain revenue growth and profitability.
On January 12, 2026, IREDA share price opened at ₹139.99, up from its previous close of ₹136.61. At 10:25 AM, the share price of IREDA was trading at ₹140.74, up by 3.02% on the NSE.
