
IRB Infrastructure Developers has informed stock exchanges that it has completed the execution of a Project Implementation Agreement for the TOT-17 project.
The agreement follows prior shareholder approval and relates to appointing an associate entity as project manager for project execution under infrastructure investment trust regulations.
The company referred to its earlier disclosure made in December 2025 and the subsequent approval received from shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held in January 2026.
The approval covered material related party transactions required to enter into a Project Implementation Agreement for the TOT-17 project.
The agreement has been executed with IRB Harihara Corridors Private Limited, a wholly owned special purpose vehicle of IRB Infrastructure Trust. Under the arrangement, IRB Infrastructure Developers will act as the project manager for IRB Harihara Corridors in connection with the implementation of the TOT-17 project.
The transaction has been undertaken in line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Infrastructure Investment Trust Regulations, 2014, as amended.
The execution of the agreement formalises the project management structure for the implementation phase of the TOT-17 project.
IRB Infrastructure Developers’ shares were trading marginally lower in the latest session. The stock was down 0.0% at ₹40.78 at 10:20 AM on the NSE compared with a previous close of ₹41.15. During the session, it opened at ₹40.92, touched a high of ₹41.09 and a low of ₹40.52.
The execution of the Project Implementation Agreement marks a procedural step in advancing the TOT-17 project. Market participants may track further developments related to project progress and associated financial implications.
