HCL Technologies Limited (HCLTech) announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, delivering steady growth across revenue, profitability, and bookings despite a mixed global demand environment.

Revenue Growth Across Segments

For Q3 FY26, HCL Technologies reported revenue of ₹33,872 crore, registering a 6.0% quarter-on-quarter and 13.3% year-on-year increase. In constant currency terms, revenue grew 4.2% QoQ and 4.8% YoY. Revenue in US dollar terms stood at $3,793 million, reflecting a 4.1% sequential rise and 7.4% growth compared to last year.

HCLTech’s services business continued to expand steadily, with services revenue growing 1.8% QoQ and 5.0% YoY in constant currency. Digital services remained a key growth driver, rising 17.7% YoY and accounting for 43.2% of total services revenue. 

Advanced AI revenue reached $146 million, up 19.9% QoQ in constant currency, highlighting rising enterprise adoption of AI-led solutions. HCLSoftware revenue grew 3.1% YoY in constant currency, with annual recurring revenue standing at $1.07 billion.

Profitability And Return Metrics

HCL Technologies reported EBIT of ₹6,285 crore, representing 18.6% of revenue, with growth of 13.2% QoQ and 8.0% YoY. 

The EBIT margin for Q3 FY26 included an impact of 81 basis points due to restructuring costs. Net income for the quarter stood at ₹4,795 crore, accounting for 14.2% of revenue, and increased 13.2% sequentially and 4.5% YoY.

Return on invested capital remained strong at 39.4% on a trailing twelve-month basis, improving 277 basis points YoY. The services business delivered ROIC of 45.9%. Free cash flow conversion remained healthy at 120% of net income. The company declared a dividend of ₹12 per share, marking its 92nd consecutive quarter of dividend payout.

Deal Wins And Order Pipeline

HCL Technologies reported robust deal momentum, with total contract value of new deal wins at $3,006 million. This marked a 17.0% QoQ and 43.5% YoY increase, indicating strong client demand and a resilient order pipeline.

FY26 Outlook And Guidance

For FY26, HCL Technologies maintained its guidance, expecting company revenue growth of 4.0% to 4.5% YoY in constant currency. Services revenue growth is projected between 4.75% and 5.25% YoY, while EBIT margin is expected to remain in the range of 17.0% to 18.0%.
