Dabur India Ltd announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. 

Financial Performance Overview

For Q3 FY26, Dabur reported a 6.1% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue, which stood at ₹3,559 crore compared to ₹3,355 crore in the same quarter last year. Operating Profit grew 7.7% to ₹734 crore, reflecting disciplined cost management amid inflationary pressures. Net Profit before exceptional items rose 10.1% year-on-year to ₹575 crore, highlighting the company’s ability to protect margins while investing in growth.

India FMCG Business Performance

The India FMCG business posted a solid 6% growth during the quarter, driven by broad-based demand across categories. Rural demand continued to outperform urban markets for the eighth consecutive quarter, with a 330 basis point gap in growth. Dabur’s rural-focused strategy remains a key differentiator, supported by its distribution reach across more than 133,000 villages.

The company expanded its total retail reach by 50,000 outlets during the quarter, taking overall distribution to over 8.5 million outlets. This positions Dabur as the second most distributed FMCG company in India, strengthening its ability to capture consumption growth across geographies.

Category and Brand Performance

Dabur delivered strong market share gains across its core portfolio. The Hair Oils segment reported a robust 19.1% growth, supported by a 193 basis point gain in market share, taking Dabur’s total share to its highest-ever level of around 20%. In Hindi-speaking markets, every second household now uses a Dabur hair oil product.

The company also recorded a 131 basis point gain in Air Fresheners, with market share reaching 44%. Juices and Nectars saw a 195 basis point improvement, while the 100% juices category posted a sharp 646 basis point increase. The Toothpaste business grew around 10%, Skin and Salon segment grew 6.6%, Hajmola rose 7%, and the Foods business delivered a strong 14% growth during the quarter.

International Business Performance

Dabur’s International Business grew 11.1% year-on-year in Q3, led by strong performances across key markets. Growth was driven by Turkey at 15.4%, MENA at 12.5%, the US at 19.3%, and Bangladesh at 20.2%. This reflects improving demand trends and the company’s diversified geographic presence.
