BLS International Share Price in Focus on Q3 FY26 Earnings Results; PAT up 33% YoY

BLS International Services Limited has announced its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 and the 9 month period ended December 31,2025, reporting changes across income, operating profit and net profit.
BLS International Q3 FY26 Earnings Results
During Q3 FY26, revenue from operations increased by 43.6% year on year to ₹736.5 crore compared with ₹512.8 crore in Q3 FY25. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹198.0 crore, rising 25.3% from ₹158.0 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year.
Profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹170.2 crore, registering a year on year increase of 33.1% from ₹127.9 crore.
Segment Wise Performance in Q3 FY26
The Visa and Consular Services segment recorded revenue of ₹449.3 crore, reflecting a 19.6% year on year increase. EBITDA from this segment rose to ₹180.2 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 40.1%. The number of visa applications processed during the quarter increased to 10.7 lakh from 9.1 lakh in Q3 FY25.
The Digital Services segment reported revenue of ₹287.2 crore, up 109.3% year on year, supported by consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions. EBITDA from the digital segment stood at ₹17.8 crore.

9 Month FY26 Financial Performance
For the 9 month period ended December 31,2025, BLS International reported revenue from operations of ₹2,183.7 crore, an increase of 45.5% compared with ₹1,500.5 crore in 9M FY25.
EBITDA rose to ₹615.0 crore from ₹455.2 crore, reflecting growth of 35.1%. Profit after tax for the 9 month period stood at ₹536.9 crore, up 36.1% from ₹394.4 crore in the previous year period.
Key Corporate Developments
The company announced an interim dividend of ₹2.0 per equity share, representing a dividend payout of 200%. During the quarter, BLS International secured multiple government contracts across visa, consular and digital identity services.
