Bharat Dynamics Ltd (BDL) has reported new defence orders adding up to ₹2,461.62 crore, according to a filing shared with the stock exchanges on December 01, 2025.
The orders cover anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs) and surface-to-air missiles (SAMs), placed under emergency procurement by the Indian Army.
The company said the contracts were received after its previous disclosure made on November 13, 2025. All the orders are domestic, and the terms remain confidential due to national security requirements.
The filing also noted that the orders do not involve related-party transactions and that no promoter group entities have any connection to the awarding authority.
BDL submitted the information to both the NSE and BSE. The table attached in the filing shows the Indian Army as the awarding entity and confirms the nature of the contracts as fresh orders for the supply of missile systems.
The delivery schedules differ for the two categories of systems. ATGMs are planned to be executed over a 42-month period, while SAM systems carry a shorter 12-month execution cycle.
These timelines were included in the company’s formal disclosure, with no additional details shared on quantities or system specifications.
