Atul Auto share price (NSE: ATULAUTO) climbed more than 9% to around ₹488 after the company reported strong financial results for the third quarter of FY26.
The rally followed a sharp improvement in profit and steady revenue growth compared with the same quarter last year.
The company’s consolidated net profit rose nearly 98% year-on-year to about ₹15.35 crore, up from ₹7.75 crore in Q3 FY25.
Revenue from operations increased by around 18% YoY to ₹230.86 crore during the quarter ended 31 December 2025.
Profit before tax also doubled, reaching ₹20.02 crore, compared with ₹9.98 crore in the previous year’s quarter.
Total expenses grew about 13% YoY to ₹210 crore.
Employee benefit expenses stood at ₹20.31 crore, rising roughly 8.5%, while raw material costs increased nearly 12% to ₹152.06 crore.
Despite higher costs, strong revenue growth helped improve overall profitability.
Revenue from the automobile segment increased about 21% YoY to ₹220.56 crore, driving overall growth.
However, income from the non-banking financial business declined around 12% YoY to ₹12.14 crore during the quarter.

Atul Auto, based in Rajkot, Gujarat, is a leading manufacturer of three-wheelers in India. The company offers vehicles across multiple fuel types, including diesel, petrol, CNG, LPG, and electric, catering to diverse customer needs.
Atul Auto’s strong Q3 performance, marked by nearly doubled profit and healthy revenue growth, boosted investor confidence and lifted the stock price. Continued demand in the automobile segment could support future performance, though cost trends and weaker NBFC income remain key factors to watch.
