Apollo Tyres announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, along with a final dividend recommendation for shareholders. The company reported healthy revenue growth and a sharp rise in profits during FY26 despite a challenging global business environment.

Final Dividend of ₹2.50 Per Share Announced

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share with a face value of Re. 1 each for FY26. This comes in addition to the interim dividend of ₹3.50 per share already paid during the financial year.

With this, the total dividend payout for FY26 stands at ₹6 per equity share, representing a 600% payout on the face value of the stock. The final dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and is expected to be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM.

Standalone Financial Performance

On a standalone basis, Apollo Tyres reported revenue from operations of ₹1,98,162 crore for FY26, compared to ₹1,81,736 crore in FY25, reflecting steady growth in business operations.

Profit for the year surged to ₹18,517 crore from ₹6,294 crore in the previous financial year. During the March quarter, standalone profit stood at ₹9,033 crore against ₹1,491 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

The company’s quarterly revenue from operations came in at ₹52,369 crore for Q4 FY26 compared to ₹45,805 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Consolidated Business Performance

At the consolidated level, Apollo Tyres reported revenue from operations of ₹2,84,706 crore for FY26, compared to ₹2,61,234 crore in FY25. Consolidated quarterly revenue stood at ₹73,356 crore during Q4 FY26.

The company continued to benefit from operational efficiencies, strong replacement demand, and improved product mix across key markets.
