
Bharti Airtel Limited announced its audited consolidated results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, reporting strong growth across key business segments.
Consolidated revenues rose to ₹53,982 crore, marking a 19.6% year-on-year increase and a 3.5% rise compared to the previous quarter. Growth was supported by continued momentum in the India business and steady performance across African operations.
The company’s consolidated customer base now stands at around 645 million across 15 countries, reinforcing Airtel’s global presence.
Revenue from the India business stood at ₹39,226 crore, registering growth of 13.2% year-on-year and 1.4% quarter-on-quarter. Mobile services revenue grew 9.1% YoY, driven by higher average revenue per user (ARPU) and rising smartphone data consumption.
The Homes segment remained a strong contributor, posting revenue growth of 32.6% YoY, with record net additions of 1.16 million customers during the quarter due to network expansion and deeper market penetration. Airtel Business revenue grew 1.5% sequentially, supported by sustained demand for enterprise solutions.
Meanwhile, Digital TV revenue grew marginally by 0.3% sequentially, while passive infrastructure services revenue declined slightly by 0.5% quarter-on-quarter.
Consolidated EBITDA for the quarter rose 25.2% YoY to ₹31,144 crore, with margins improving to 57.7%. The India business recorded an EBITDA margin of 60.4%, reflecting operational efficiencies and premium customer mix.
EBITDA after lease costs (EBITDAaL) stood at ₹27,705 crore, up 29% YoY, with margins of 51.3%. Consolidated EBIT climbed 34.5% YoY to ₹17,654 crore, while net income before exceptional items rose to ₹6,920 crore compared to ₹5,514 crore in the same quarter last year.
Airtel further strengthened its balance sheet, with consolidated net debt to EBITDA ratio improving to 1.47 times from 1.98 times a year ago. Net debt excluding lease obligations to EBITDAaL ratio also improved to 1.02 times, reflecting healthier leverage levels.
