
Adani Enterprises Ltd reported its financial results for the December 2025 quarter, showing higher revenue and a sharp rise in profit after tax from continuing operations. The performance reflects quarter on quarter improvement across key income metrics.
Revenue from operations stood at ₹24,819.59 crore in the December 2025 quarter, compared with ₹22,848.42 crore in the December 2024 quarter. This represents a year on year increase of 8.63%. On a quarter on quarter basis, revenue rose 16.80% from ₹21,248.51 crore reported in the September 2025 quarter.
Total income for the quarter reached ₹25,475.44 crore, marking a growth of 8.41% year on year and 16.62% sequentially.
Profit after tax came in at ₹5,726.57 crore up 2404.7% for the December 2025 quarter. This compares with ₹228.64 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, resulting in a sharp year-on-year increase due to a low base. On a quarter on quarter basis, PAT increased 67.70% from ₹3,414.43 crore.
For the 9 month period ended December 2025, revenue from operations declined to ₹68,029.30 crore from ₹70,928.89 crore recorded in the same period of the previous year, reflecting a year on year decrease of 4.09%.
Profit after tax for continuing operations during the 9 month period rose to ₹10,117.48 crore, compared with ₹4,003.05 crore in the previous year period, translating into a year on year increase of 152.80%.
