Adani Enterprises share price (NSE: ADANIENT) was trading at ₹2,251.70, down ₹13.70 (0.60%) as of 9:45 am on December 8. The stock opened at ₹2,265.40 and moved within a range of ₹2,270.40 (high) and ₹2,249.20 (low) during early trade. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹2.91 lakh crore, with a P/E ratio of 31.77 and a dividend yield of 0.056%. Over the past year, the stock has touched a 52-week high of ₹2,612.76 and a 52-week low of ₹1,964.71.

New Subsidiary Incorporated

The company announced the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary named Adani Skills & Education Limited (ASEL). 

ASEL was officially incorporated on December 6, 2025, and is registered with the Registrar of Companies in Ahmedabad.

Purpose of the New Entity

The new subsidiary will focus on:

  • Training and upskilling Adani Group employees, trainees, and fresh talent
  • Offering skill development programs, personality development training, and educational services
  • Conducting seminars, webinars, online courses, counselling, and group coaching
  • Providing business consultancy, motivational sessions, and meditation-based training

The aim is to build a skilled workforce that directly or indirectly supports the Adani Group and its partners.

Capital Structure

The subsidiary has an initial subscribed capital of ₹1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
