About AAVAS Financiers

AAVAS Financiers is an affordable housing finance company that mainly serves low- and middle-income, self-employed customers in semi-urban and rural India. Its products include home loans, loans for construction or repair, loans against property, and MSME loans.

AAVAS Financiers Q3 FY26 Earnings Performance and Business Trends

The December quarter showed stable profitability, steady margins, and healthy asset quality. However, loan disbursements remained weak, leading to slower growth in assets under management (AUM) than expected.

AUM growth stood at about 15% year-on-year, slightly lower than the previous quarter, mainly due to muted disbursements.

Outlook Ahead

Management expects better disbursements in Q4 supported by new branch additions.
For FY27, the company targets:

  • 17–18% AUM growth
  • 25% disbursement growth
  • Low credit costs below 25 basis points
  • Expansion of branches and digital channels

Conclusion

AAVAS Financiers remains fundamentally stable, but slower loan growth and rising competition have weighed on investor sentiment. Future stock performance will depend on stronger disbursements and consistent AUM expansion.
