HDB Financial & Sambhv Steel Tubes

Shares of HDB Financial and Sambhv Steel Tubes are set to debut on the stock exchanges today under the mainboard category.

PiccadilyAgro Industries

PiccadilyAgro Industries, already listed on the BSE SME platform, is making its debut on the NSE SME counterpart today.

Maruti Suzuki

Maruti Suzuki reported a 6% YoY decline in total sales to 1.68 lakh units in June 2025. While exports rose 22% to 37,842 units, domestic sales fell 12% to 1.3 lakh units. Monthly production also dropped 4.2% YoY to 1.27 lakh units.

Hero MotoCorp

Hero MotoCorp posted a 7% YoY increase in domestic sales, reaching 5.25 lakh units in June 2025. This includes 5.1 lakh motorcycles (up 8%) and 41,305 scooters (up 36.7%).

V-Mart Retail

V-Mart Retail reported a 13% YoY rise in Q1FY26 revenue, which stood at ₹885 crore, compared to ₹786 crore in Q1FY25. The company recorded a 1% same store sales growth and added 15 new stores during the quarter, taking its total to 510 outlets.

Adani Enterprises

Adani Enterprises announced that its subsidiary, Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Ltd (ADSTL), has completed the acquisition of an 85.1% stake in Air Works India (Engineering) Pvt. Ltd at an enterprise value of ₹400 crore. The move strengthens Adani's position in the aircraft services and MRO space.

Paras Defence

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd's subsidiary, Paras Anti Drone Technologies Pvt Ltd, has received interest from France-based CERBAIR for purchasing up to 30 CHIMERA 200 counter-UAV systems. The deal is valued at ~₹22 crore (€2.2 million).
