Nippon India Mutual Fund has introduced a new open-ended ETF – Nippon India Nifty 1D Rate Liquid ETF – Growth. The scheme aims to mirror the performance of the Nifty 1D Rate Index. It carries relatively low interest rate risk and credit risk. The NFO opens for subscription on July 16, 2025 and closes on July 18, 2025.
The scheme will invest 95-100% of its assets in instruments forming part of the Nifty 1D Rate Index. These include Tri-Party Repos, Treasury Bills, and Government Securities with short maturities. Up to 5% may be held in cash or money market instruments.
Units of the ETF will be listed on the National Stock Exchange within 5 working days from the date of allotment. Investors can buy or sell a minimum of one unit on the exchange. Large investors can transact directly with the fund in creation units of 2,500 units or more.

NAV will be calculated and disclosed daily by 11:00 PM and made available on AMFI and Nippon India’s website. Indicative NAV will also be updated on the AMC website during market hours. The scheme does not invest in derivatives or foreign assets.

This ETF tracks the Nifty 1D Rate Index with low-risk instruments and is for short-term liquidity-focused investors. It adds to Nippon India’s range of passive debt products with exchange-traded accessibility and a defined index-linked approach.
