Old Bridge Mutual Fund has introduced its second equity scheme, the Old Bridge Flexi Cap Fund. The fund will invest across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks and follow a bottom-up investment strategy focused on business quality and long-term growth rather than fixed allocation by market size.
The scheme will be managed by Kenneth Andrade, founder and chief investment officer of Old Bridge Asset Management.
Groww Mutual Fund has launched the BSE Hospitals ETF, the first exchange-traded fund in India focused on listed hospital companies. The ETF tracks the BSE Hospitals Index, which selects hospital stocks from the BSE 1000 universe using a diversified, rules-based method.
The launch reflects expectations of rising demand for organised healthcare services driven by higher insurance coverage, growing utilisation, and demographic trends.
Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) conducted an offer for sale (OFS) that was oversubscribed, with bids for 220.8 million shares against 174 million shares available.
The floor price was set at ₹254 per share, while most bids were placed around ₹256. Despite strong demand in the OFS, BHEL shares fell 5.6% in the secondary market to close at ₹260.7. As of December 2025, the Government of India held a 63.17% stake and is selling 5% through the OFS.
The IPO of Aye Finance, a micro-loan provider, was subscribed 0.97 times, mainly supported by institutional investors on the final day. Retail participation remained weak.
In contrast, Fractal Analytics’ IPO received 2.7 times subscription, while its retail portion saw slightly above full subscription. Both companies had reduced their issue sizes, yet investor response remained cautious.

While investor interest remains strong in select opportunities, cautious participation in some offerings suggests a balanced and selective investment approach.
