Mirae Asset Mutual Fund has opened subscriptions for two new fund of fund (FoF) schemes – the Mirae Asset Gold Silver Passive FoF and the Mirae Asset Multi Factor Passive FoF. Both are open-ended schemes and will be available for subscription from August 11, 2025, to August 25, 2025.
This scheme invests in units of Mirae Asset Gold ETF and Mirae Asset Silver ETF. The benchmark is split equally between the domestic price of gold (50%) and the domestic price of silver (50%). The minimum investment amount is ₹5,000.
The scheme is available under the Direct Plan and Regular Plan, with Growth and IDCW options. It carries an exit load of 0.05% for redemptions within 15 days. There is no lock-in period, and the risk level is classified as Very High.
This scheme invests mainly in domestic equity ETFs that follow factor-based strategies, including alpha, momentum, low volatility, value, growth, equal weighting, and quality. The benchmark index for this scheme is the NIFTY 500 TRI.
It is available under the Direct Plan and Regular Plan, with Growth and IDCW options. The minimum investment is ₹5,000, with an exit load of 0.05% for redemptions within 5 days. There is no lock-in period. The risk level is classified as Very High.
Both schemes will be managed by Ritesh Patel of Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) Pvt. Ltd. The registrar and transfer agent for both is KFin Technologies Ltd. As open-ended funds, subscriptions and redemptions will be possible after the NFO period closes.

The 2 FoFs differ in focus, one tracking a combination of gold and silver prices, and the other tracking multiple factor-based equity strategies. Subscription for both closes on August 25, 2025.
