Groww Mutual Fund has launched its Small Cap Fund through a New Fund Offer (NFO), offering investors an opportunity to invest in emerging small-cap companies.

NFO Details of Groww Small Cap Fund
The Groww Small Cap Fund NFO opens on January 8, 2026, and closes on January 22, 2026. The New Fund Offer is priced at a Net Asset Value (NAV) of ₹10. Investors can begin with a minimum investment of ₹500.
Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) also begin from ₹500. An exit load of 1% will apply if units are redeemed within 1 year from the date of allotment; no exit load will be charged thereafter. The fund falls under the Equity category with a ‘Very High’ risk rating as per the Risk-o-meter.
Investment Objective and Strategy
The primary objective of the Groww Small Cap Fund is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity and equity-related instruments of companies categorised as small-cap.
The fund manager, Anupam Tiwari, will manage the scheme under Groww Mutual Fund. However, there is no assurance that the scheme will achieve its investment objective.
