Investors who put a lump sum of ₹10,000 in the Canara Robeco Large Cap Fund in August 2010 have seen it grow to ₹62,760 by July 2025. The fund has delivered a CAGR of 13.07%, outperforming its benchmark, the BSE 100 TRI, which returned 12.18% over the same period.

SIP Performance

For those investing through a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP), the returns have been even more rewarding. A monthly SIP of ₹10,000 for 15 years (₹18 lakh invested) grew to ₹58.24 lakh, translating to an impressive XIRR of 14.34%.

Fund Management and Investment Strategy

The scheme is managed by Shridatta Bhandwaldar and Vishal Mishra. It invests 80%–100% of its assets in large-cap equities, while up to 20% can go into other equities, debt, or money market instruments. The fund also has the option to invest up to 10% in REITs and InvITs.

As of July 31, 2025, the fund’s AUM stood at ₹16,406.92 crore. Its recent performance includes:

  • 1-year return: 1.87% (benchmark: -0.55%)
  • 3-year CAGR: 16.10% (benchmark: 15.43%)
  • 5-year CAGR: 18.64% (benchmark: 19.94%)
