Alchemy Capital Management has launched Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund – Series 3, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund designed to invest across listed and private Indian companies positioned at important growth stages.
The fund is structured as a close-ended vehicle with a base tenure of four years, extendable by up to one year. It requires a minimum commitment of ₹1 crore, proposed to be drawn in four instalments of 25% each.
Although sector-agnostic, up to 35% of the corpus may be allocated to private investments, while the balance will focus on small-cap and mid-cycle high-growth listed companies.
The objective is to offer structured exposure to businesses at key inflection points in their growth journey.
Managed by Hiren Ved, Co-Founder, Director and Chief Investment Officer of Alchemy Capital Management, the fund follows the firm’s “Growth at Reasonable Price” philosophy.
This strategy emphasises scalable business models, sustainable growth potential and alignment with India’s long-term economic trends.
The fund intends to explore emerging and high-potential sectors such as data centres, artificial intelligence, defence, green mobility, semiconductors, manufacturing, healthcare and biotechnology.
By combining public and private market exposure, it aims to benefit from structural shifts driven by digital adoption, industrial expansion and changing global and domestic dynamics.
