
Abakkus Mutual Fund, led by Sunil Singhania, announced that its combined assets under management have surpassed ₹3,000 crore less than 2 months after the launch of its maiden New Fund Offers.
As of January 31, 2026, the fund house reported total AUM of ₹2,931 crore, comprising ₹2,808 crore in the Flexi Cap Fund and ₹123 crore in the Liquid Fund. The combined figure crossed the ₹3,000 crore mark after the NFO period, reflecting strong investor participation.
The Flexi Cap NFO, open from December 8 to December 22, secured subscriptions worth ₹2,468 crore. Approximately 36,688 retail and 1,060 institutional investors subscribed, covering 5,518 pin codes across 2,000 cities.
The fund house highlighted a distributor network of 4,700 empanelled partners that supported the outreach.

During the most recent month all flexi cap schemes posted negative returns, with Abakkus Flexi Cap Fund losing 0.77% while Kotak Flexi Cap Fund recorded the smallest decline of 0.43%. Liquid schemes delivered modest gains of less than 1%; Abakkus Liquid Fund posted a 0.43% increase, matching the performance of two peer funds that each earned 0.50%.
All schemes under Abakkus operate on the in‑house MEETS framework, which evaluates Management pedigree, Earnings quality, Events or trends, Timing of entry and Structural aspects of the investment opportunity.
The rapid accumulation of ₹3,000 crore AUM demonstrates significant market interest in Abakkus Mutual Fund’s Flexi Cap and Liquid offerings, supported by extensive distributor coverage and a structured investment approach.
