On July 9, 2025, Mphasis shares will trade ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the ₹57 final dividend.

Mphasis said in an exchange filing, “Recommendation of dividend of ₹57/- per equity share of ₹10/- each for the year ended 31 March 2025, which is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting, to those shareholders, whose bank account details are registered with the respective Depository participant(s) or with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company.”

How Much Dividend Will You Get With 100 Shares?

  • Dividend Amount Declared: ₹57 per equity share
  • Face Value of Each Share: ₹10 (for information; this doesn't affect dividend amount directly)
  • Number of Shares Owned: 100 shares

Mphasis 2025 Dividend Calculation

Total Dividend=Number of Shares × Dividend per Share

Total Dividend=100×₹57=₹5,700

As per the calculations, you will receive a total dividend of 5,700 if you own 100 shares on the record date, i.e., July 9, 2025, subject to approval at the AGM.

Who is Eligible for the Mphasis Dividend?

To be eligible for Mphasis ’s final dividend of ₹57 per share, you needed to be a registered shareholder as of the record date—July 9, 2025.

However, due to India’s T+1 (Trade plus One day) settlement system, only investors who bought the shares on or before June 30, 2025, will qualify. Under T+1 settlement, shares purchased on a given day are officially credited to your demat account on the next trading day.
