Net profit surged from ₹1,269.98 crore in FY21 to ₹20,828.79 crore in FY24, before easing to ₹12,749.61 crore in FY25. EPS grew from ₹0.06 to ₹32.32 during the same period. The company’s book value per share climbed to ₹138.17, while the debt-to-equity ratio dropped sharply from 99.58 to just 0.71, signalling strong deleveraging and a healthier balance sheet.
For the quarter ended June 2025, Adani Power posted ₹14,109.15 crore in revenue, slightly below the March quarter. However, net profit rose to ₹3,305.13 crore from ₹2,599.23 crore, boosting EPS to ₹8.62 from ₹6.62. This quarterly uptick in earnings strengthened investor sentiment, especially following the moderation seen in FY25’s full-year numbers.

The company announced a share split in the ratio of 1:5, reducing the face value from ₹10 to ₹2 per share.
