In a significant development, Aarvee Engineering Consultants has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator SEBI to launch its upcoming initial public offering (IPO).
Aarvee Engineering Consultants aims to raise ₹202.5 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares. In addition to the fresh issue, the IPO will include an Offer for Sale (OFS), wherein promoter Venkatachala Chakrapani Redla plans to offload up to 67.5 lakh equity shares, each carrying a face value of ₹10.
The equity shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with the price band and minimum bid lot to be determined in consultation with the book running lead managers (BRLMs). Centrum Capital and Ambit are serving as the BRLMs for the offering, while KFin Technologies will act as the registrar to the issue.
While the company will not benefit directly from the OFS component, proceeds from which will go to the selling promoter post applicable deductions, the funds raised through the fresh issue will be strategically deployed.
